Configuration Problems with Asrock 990FX extyreme9

Hi All,
Purchased a Asrock FX990 Extreme9 motherboard; 4X8gb F3-1600C10D-16GAO G-Skill memory Sticks; AM Radeon XFX HD 7700 Series Ghost Graphics. And my system runs very slow. My old AMD 64 with 16gb runs like lightning compared to this new machine. I have ran CPUz and Sandra cant seem to find out what is going on? Can anyone help??
My G-Skill for example is showing single channel as apposed to dual channel, would this matter??
My CPU is a AMD 8120 8 core processor, would this be the culprit??

That is a two 8GB kit. Combining kits is not recommended.

From G.Skill FAQs:

Q:
I want to install more memory, in addition to my existing memory kit. What are my options?

A:
We do not recommend mixing memory kits, regardless of brand or model.

By mixing memory kits together, there may be compatibility issues such as unable to boot or unable to operate at rated specifications.

Each of our memory kit are thoroughly tested to ensure compatibility within each memory kit. And because we have not tested our memory kit with your existing memory kit, we cannot guarantee compatibility when multiple kits are used.

Maybe I didn't explain myself correctly
Bank A1 has G-skill F3-100C10D-16GAO
Bank A2 has G-skill F3-100C10D-16GAO
Bank B1 has G-skill F3-100C10D-16GAO
Bank B2 has G-skill F3-100C10D-16GAO
in PCIE slot #1 XFX R7700 Series graphics
CPU is AMD 8120 upgrading to FX9590 in a month
3 chassis fans
2 CPU fans
TR2 700watt Thermaltake Power Supply
When I run CPU-Z it tells me I have single channel memory
When I boot into Asrock configuration it tells me single channel memory

So if I understand you correctly, I have the wrong ram? I always thought that you must have all the same?? If I'm wrong please enlighten me! I spent a fortune on this so far.
Now in all fairness, when I ran Sandra, it says something to the effect of "memory hole" where would I go in configuration to toggle this?????
