I get 30-40c CPU temps all the time, playing or not. CPU usage is about 50% while playing.
GPU temps are at 40-60c and usage is between 30-60%.
My CPU is bottlenecking my GPU, I know that, but why is my CPU on idle temps and low usage?
Games have been running slow recently, I think this is the cause of it.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 @ 3.0GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3
