I used my WD Elements to move songs from my old PC to my laptop. In my old PC, I had tags for each song in Hebrew and English. Upon moving all the files from the hard drive to my new machine, I noticed most of the tags turned into Gibberish, but some are still in Hebrew. What can I do to solve this?
