AMD Radeon R9 270x Black Screen but lights are okay

hi. right now i am upgrading my graphic card to amd r9 270x, then i do all the procedure the correct one i uninstall all the old driver of my old card, to avoid any conflicts, now that is is all okay, i turn off my computer install the new card, the put all the power connector i double check it all if the socket are all plug in, then power up my pc , then my video card is running i can see the fan is running in the card, also all the lights are ok, but there are not display i mean all are black screen even the bios boot is not coming out, i wait for 5 mins still not showing anything so i try to remove the cable and put it on my igp then power on again, the same thing happen all have lights card fan is running but black screen... i return back again my old card and power up my pc it is running smooth on the old card. please help anyone what will i do here is my computer specs

motherbord --> Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D2V (rev. 2.0) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

processor --> core i5 2400

power supply --> coolmax 750watts

ram --> 8gb g.skill

Your power supply is possibly of bad quality. Get a XFX, Antec, Corsair, EVGA or seasonic power supply instead.

What is the brand and model of the psu you bought?

the Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 power supply (650 Watts) but still the same but i never update my bios since my bios is on F2

It could be a bios issue. If not, then there is a possibility it is a faulty card.
