Your pc is better but games are optimized for the xbox so they will run very smoothly. They won't have as much detail or the same resolution as your pc though. But you will need to turn down you settings using that graphics card. And I would recommend an amd x4 750k cpu. Only 80 us dollars and won't bottleneck your system until you get 7990s. It is 3.4 gz and unlocked so easy to overclock. A good gpu would be the radeon hd 7770 for 100 us dollars. You can run games on medium to high settings at 30-40 fps at 1080p.
