Hooking PS3 to a monitor

What will i need to hook my ps3 to a pc monitor? I want sound also.

Your monitor must have DVI-D duel link on it and speakers are optional but if you only have DVI-D duel link and no built in speaker in monitor then grab some headphone/earphone/speaker.

I have used monitors with speakers(specifically a Bravia 32" LeD) and used hdmi for it. But did the dvi to hdmi work?

PS3 A/V cables with 3.5mm Stereo Male To 2X RCA Female Adapter to monitor/speaker my monitor doesn't have good speaker so I used my Z313 speakers.
