So, I recently discovered why I lagg while playing games and such.
Reason: My CPU gets too COLD, yes too COLD.

Don't ask me why, cause I just use a stock cooler I got with my cpu.
I tested it using Prime95 to see why I lag and while playing CoD Ghosts.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4Ghz
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 650 1GB ( Factory OC ).
RAM: 4GB DDR3 Corsair.

Screenshots:
Getting cold -> http://prntscr.com/2sp564
Max cold -> http://prntscr.com/2sp63i

As you can see when it reaches Max cold, it changes back to 800Mhz (0.8Ghz).
Which causes me laggs and stuff.

--------------------------------------

Meanwhile I found a work-around for the lagg: I simply changed my Voltage from 1.47 to 1.32 and that seems to stop the lagging BUT my CPU still gets super cold, does anyone know why?

Thanks

It seems like a sensor malfunction. There is absolutely no way your CPU is actually that cold using the stock air cooler (max "coldness" is whatever your ambient temperature is)

To fix the sensor, try a bios update or rma the motherboard.

What is RMA?

You know at those temperatures you would have ice forming on the system right. Hell your cpu is reporting to be colder than Mars at night.

Please try something like HWmon to see what it shows.

I know many newer AMD cpus show strange things like 8c in a 20c room. This is impossible for a heatsink/fan system, but at load it generally gets upto a more reasonable number.

RMA is return merchandise authorization. It just means getting autorization to use your warranty and send the board back for replacement/repair
