hello i have this pc: ms windows 8.1 64-bit,CPU Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz Lynnfield 45nm Technology.RAM 4.00 GB Dual-Channe, Motherboard Foxconn P55MX Series, Graphics SyncMaster (1920x1080@60Hz) NVIDIA GeForce GT 630, Hard Drives 977GB SAMSUNG SAMSUNG HD103SJ ATA Device (SATA). when i try to play a game(even meta slug......) after 20-30 sec starts an irritating continuous beep that stops everytime i press alt+tab and starts when i get back on game.Also i hear one short beep every 3-5 mins.if it is RAM problem can i fix it somehow or i need to replace it?

What kind of power supply are you running? Please be specific, make, model and watts. The GT 630 requires minimum of a 350 Watt power supply. (Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 20 Amps.)
