Yes I have plugged both 4 pin power connections to those of the power supply.

The power situation looks much cleaner but still no response. Even after disconnecting all the drives to simply boot from the board. Being that my friend tested the board, I know it works. I am beginning to think I got a DOA graphics card....

I exchanged that card and still nothing. A couple people told me on my way home, my board could have shifted and shorted. If thats the case, its an easy fix but I dont know of that is the problem.
