Well I really can't choose between these two. The price is with both about the same so that doesn't matter. I want to oc like 800mhz max or 600mhz ( Fx-8350). I have read something about steamroller i don't know if it has something to do with the chipsets or the whole mobo or if it matters. Please help me.

P.S. my english is not the best.

Neither of these are great boards to overclock a 8350 due to the not robust enough power delivery. I have an 8350 with the GA-990XA-UD3. I am lucky to have the Rev. 1.1 board. The Rev. 2 and 3 boards have some options taken out of the bios that hinders overclocking. This causes thermal throttling. The revision 4 boards seem to have this fixed. If you can afford a Asus Sabertooth for like $50 more you will be much, much happier. To get a 600 Mhz or 800 Mhz overclock you would need a Sabertooth or a UD7 or other top flight board and a very good cpu cooler like a Noctua DH14 or an H100i. If you cheap out on a board or cpu cooler the 8350 will not shine and you would be much better off with a 6300 which generates less heat.

I understand what you mean but i am on a budget. And that just goes out of my limit. I saw that the gigabyte had a 8+2 power supply and the asrock 4+1. So the gigabyte would be the better solution for a minor overclock or just no overclok?
