Added RAM, PC Won't Start

Alright, so I've been slowly working on improving my computer whenever I can, and felt that today would be a good day to more RAM. I grabbed one from my old computer and installed it. However, now the computer won't start up despite other components getting powered up; monitor doesn't detect the PC, and the keyboard doesn't work for the caps lock test.

Both RAM sticks are 2GB Kingston (slightly different models), and I've tried using both sticks, the old one, new one, and no sticks at all. Also tried removing and altering between two different CPUs - no luck.

For reference, my situation is similar to the one described here, except that I have an ASUS motherboard N13219 D33005 and am trying to upgrade from 2GB of ram to 4GB using 2x2GB (adding this).

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me, and I'll thank you in advance for posting.

So I'm a dope. Turns out I wasn't pushing the sticks in all the way. Thanks for the help guys!

Can you access the Bios? If not, then try unplugging everything and plugging it back in, while making sure you stay in contact with the case to discharge any static.

Oh crap, I think I made a couple typos on my motherboard. Mine uses Intel over AMD apparently, and I think it's actually n13219 d33005 (I think). I'll edit the question. I also forgot to mention that everything was working fine before I added the new stick, and hasn't worked at all since I've added (and even removed) it.

Whammy: Makes sense. It's just that it hasn't even worked with my removing the new stick, so I can't say that it would be the sole cause of my problem anymore.
EasyLover: I don't know my CPU's specs. Its name never displayed when I ran dxdiag, but the sticker on the case said it was Intel dual-core I think.
