My diplay adapter says "standard VGA Graphics Adapter" Its not saying the name of my driver. HELP!!

Instead of the display adapter saying the name of my driver it says Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. My video games won't run and I think that is why. I don't know how to fix it. Please help!!

Install the driver for your graphics card. You can get it from the web site of the manufacturer. If you can't find it, please post the specs of you system and we will find it for you.

I went onto the website and im doing the live update 5 and scanning the computer and I installed some of the things listed, but I don't see the name of the video card/ driver.

This is the drivers info..

Im new to the whole computer stuff.

Click install. That will install the correct catalyst control centre(drivers) for your GPU.
