I'a going to by a Lenovo Laptop but just can't decide between these 3 Items from point of Graphic. Which one is better?

1. Nvidia GeForce 750m 2GB
2. Nvidia GeForce 740m 2GB
3. ATI Radeon 8750 4GB

Every 3 laptop work with Core i7 4702MQ 6MB Cach and 8GB Ram

Please advise me.

While gaming on laptop with a screen resolution of 1366x768, even 1GB graphics card is more than enough. For 1920x1080, 2GB is enough.
Video memory is never a performance index for graphics cards. The general assumption that 2gb card will be faster than the 1 GB is all wrong. So it will always be 750>740>8750.

The 750/740 is MUCH better than the 8750.
The 740m is the same as the 750m except for a clockspeed difference, and DDR3 RAM on the 740m instead of GDDR5 on the 750m.

Some 750m's are still equipped with DDR3 RAM so I recommend you look into that beforehand. Because having GDDR5 will make the 750m faster than the 740m.
