I would go with one that has at least 1000W.

If you arent overclocking why get a 3570k and a Z77 Board? get a 3570 non-K and a H77 board or a i5 4570 and a H87 board

I might overclock in the future so I am sticking with the parts I have got at the moment.

i really cant find a better psu at such price. the rosewill is superb. and although 660 sli has a 600w psu reccomendation im sure it can be up to the task.

Will a 500w psu be adequate?

Yes 500w will be perfectly adequate for a single 660 card and most cards better than that one, if you want to upgrade later.

well even a 450w quality psu is enough for a system with nvidia 660. since the rosewill isnt avaliable in your country and you want at least a semi modular one i recommend this one.http://www.amazon.co.uk/Seasonic-M12II-620-Semi-Module6...
it is a great one and can cover your needs in this or in a later upgrade plus o/c .
fully modular ones are pretty expensive
