Hello. I running a Windows 7 Dell Latitude E6400 32-bit directly on a broadband modem, no router, until a week ago it took me less than half a minute to connect to the internet, but now it takes 2 or 3 minutes , from seeing the possible connections to verifying users and finishing all the protocols. The internet is not slow, is connecting to the internet that is taking too long, no other windows process is running slower than before, I already run a complete scan, including one from a flash drive, nothing was detected, I tried connecting to public connections, the problem persist, I tried CCleaner, just to make sure, but that didn`t worked either, the broadband providers didn’t find anything wrong with the line. I really don`t know where to start, anyone have a clue on what can be screwing with my connection?

To the router. The browser works just fine and the internet speed after I connect is the same as always, the problems is starting this connection, is the “Windows” part of connecting that seems to be act weird.

MOBO: 990fxa-UD3........................................ (NEW)
CPU: AMD FX-350 (8 cores@4GHZ)................. (NEW)
GPU: MSI NVIDIA GTX980.............................. (NEW)
RAM: 10GB 1333MHZ

It take around 2m20s to boot, then for the next 2 minutes its slow, none of the apps will load, and the internet doesn't work, after that the desktop app icons flash white. After all that it works normally.
