I uploaded my photos in picasa and after i deleted it,and i restored those pic in recycle bin.But i'm not getting those deleted photos in drive.Instead i'm getting those pic in recent places which has got shortcut.how to open that shortcut folder?plz do reply

Picasa does not store photos. It only holds pointers to the actual folder location.
What did you 'delete'? Picasa, or the pictures?
If the pictures, restoring from the Recycle bin will simply (probably) put them back in the original folder. Not in Picasa.
Do a search for one of the files names and see what turns up.
