Yes it would. i may sturggle a little more in MODDED Skyrim as it is very Cpu intensive but Bf4 should be fien for ultra settings

No,you will not be able to run bf4 at ultra at a decent fps,high yes,ultra with no aa+few settings tweaked maybe.As for skyrim depends on the amount of mods you are introducing.As long as you don't go crazy on the mods you'll be able to run at maximum with a good frame rate but as soon as you start going ham you'll start seeing lower fps.
You will get around 30-40 fps at ultra but if that's fine by you hey who am I to judge.

I run ultra settings on 64 man servers fine, Minimums no lower than 35 FPs, the 6300 is a better CPu than what i have. he will be fine at ultra

Dayz is in alpha so some people have i7's and stuff and get Drops to liek 25 FPs sometimes. We dont really know how well it will perform as its an Alpha Game
