2nd graphics card : Intel HD 4600

Issues :

Repeated bluescreens and distorted freezes which are hard to describe. (Picture attached) BSODs include Memory_Management 0x0000001A and another with 0x00000116.

Laptop is brand new, bought from MYSN in October 2013, issues started when I updated the graphics drivers, a very stupid move.

I have rolled back the drivers, reinstalled windows from CD with the drivers provided and used a system restore but the issue persists.

BSODs and freezes only began to occur when I was using facebook with chrome.

Soon after it only happened when I used mini Motor Racing on Steam. I soon sent it back to MYSN and they were unable to find the issue as the crashes didn't occur when they had it.

It's now occurring more often than before, 3 BSODs in the past few days, some occurring at startup, others at random when I'm out of the room (I get put back to the login screen as laptop restarts). 4-5 of the distorted images in the same period of time, occurring now when I have either Facebook or WoW open.

Really at my wits end, no idea what to do, can't even describe the image issue to google for more help!

That kinda thing happens with my laptop when I overclock at unstable clock speeds.. Since yours is running at stock values and new , I think its a defective device..Get it replaced .
