Right side panel is WARM of my tower case around CPU area when gaming! IS THIS NORMAL?

Case: Fractal design R4 http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-r4-black-pearl
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: fx-8320
CPU Fan: Hyper 212 evo

When i am gaming, the temperatures of my cpu, mobo and gpu increase but stay at expected temperatures.
CPU: 45-55 degrees
GPU: 60-65 degrees
Mobo: 30-35 degrees.
These are normal temperatures right? (HWmonitor)

So basically i have noticed that when i touch my right side panel of the tower case, at the top right corner where the CPU is inside, the panel is quite warm - it is NOT hot like you can't touch it for long, you could keep your hand on the panel forever.

However, the side panel is cold everywhere else, it's just the top right corner of the right side panel.

I'm just assuming that it's because the cpu has a high temperature some of the heat reaches the side panel, BUT should it be doing this? Is this normal?

But when i'm not gaming or doing anything intensive, like browsing the web or watching a movie, the side panel is cold everywhere or just very faintly warm in that area, (top right corner where the cpu would be inside). Also I just built this pc with a friend a few weeks ago, if that means anything.

Your CPU temps are normal, I see no problem there. I think its normal, as the side you are touching has the motherboard. That part that is hot is the CPU, remember these PC parts are measured in Celsius, and 60 Celsius is pretty hot. As long as the PC is not giving white screens, blue screens, or shutting down, it seems all ok.

Yeah, sometimes my Desktop does get a bit hot. Also older laptops, because of the small space heat gets trapped up and this type of thing happens. Just make sure your fans are all facing the correct direction and make sure the placement of your fans is also the best.

Well the cabling "looks" clean, everything is tied by a few zip ties that were provided with the case or psu. But if you are familiar with my fan, i put the 'actua'l fan (the blades) onto the bracket where the cable is on the top and coming down to the cpufan socket (though it's not in the way of anything). My questioin here though, is that does it matter which way the fan (with the blades) is placed onto the bracket? because the blade spins the same way. Sorry might sound stupid i know.

As long as the fan is facing the right direction it doesn't really matter which side goes to which bracket.
