I have three NUC size PC running W7, each one hook to a 50” TV with HDMI cables. They in turn are on a Netgear switch that goes to a Netgear GB wan, Lan, wireless router, that goes to a Comcast cable modem Lan connection. On that network I have a mid-tower PC with W8.1 that I want to use to access the three small machines, that are being use to display menus in a restaurant, so the menus can be change when needed. How do I log onto those computers from that machine?

Solution
Just one software i.e Teamviewer www.teamviewer.com

Download and install the software in all the computers
Then open the Teamviewer app in all computers
Each pc will have its own IP address and password(auto-generated password, you can set your own password to access anytime because auto generated password changes every time)
Now sit on the pc from which you want to control all other pc and type IP address and password in Remote Login Section and there you go
You will be controlling many pc at same time
Note- it doesn't requires common internet and its totally free
