Hello guys, so, i bought an AMD FX-9590 as the base of my build, because of that i've thought about getting the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX (R2.0), as for the graphics, im deeply interested in the Radeon R9 280X Toxic. So, the thing is, i need some advise on the Case, Cooling, and PSU, i have a $300-350 USD budget for those, i'm trying to keep as cheap as i can. Anyways, thanks a lot for your attention.

EDIT:

This is my building project so far:

CPU: AMD FX-9590
CPU Coler: Corsair H60 Liquid Cooler
MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x4GB) (**Part of my current setup, will reuse)
Storage: Seagate 500GB 3'5 7200RPM Internal HDD (**Part of my current setup, will reuse)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition (Black/Red)
PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 725W ATX

The size case will depend on what exact motherboard you decide on. The PSU will be your final determination after you have decided on a specific GPU and whether you want a PSU to run your system as is, or if you plan to add multiple gPUs in the future, do you want to oversize it so you won't have to buy a new PSU when you add another GPU in the future. and as for cooling, are you talking about an aftermarket CPU cooler or cooling for the case?

I'm talking about a CPU Cooler, because the CPU doesn't include one from stock. The CPU, GPU and MOBO are a solid desicion.
I updated my post so you get an idea of what i have in mind.

The case you have selected (Thermaltake Commander MS-1) is compatible with both microATX and ATX motherboards. Your motherboard (Asus Sabertooth 990FX) is an ATX motherboard, so no worries between case and motherboard. The Corsair H60 should be compatible as well. Since you have decided on the R9 280X GPU, according to here:

http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

a system running a single R9 280X is recommended to have a 600W PSU. However, their recommendations do not take into account any overclocking, so if you plan to overclock, I suggest adding 50-100 watts onto their recommended wattage. I strongly recommend getting a quality PSU from a top tir company such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (except their CX seies if possible) or Antec. I'd say something in the 650-700 watt range will do you fine unless you plan on adding another GPU in the future. Per my link, two R9 20X's running in CrossFire would need ~900W without any overclocking.

edit: Also, since you are wanting to re-use your current RAM, just make sure it is compatible with the new motherboard.
