I have two HDD's in my PC right now. I want the 1st to stay as it is, which currently holds my data AND my Windows 8.1 installation. I want my 2nd HDD to be both my recovery drive, and my backup for file history and such. I can partition the drive with no issue, and I can make it into a recovery drive. My issue is that the process formats the drive, reverting it back to a single partition.
Now I'm fairly sure I can achieve what I want via the command prompt, but I don't know what the commands are.
Here's a rundown of what the drives should look like in the end:
Disk 0:
-C: Data/Windows
Disk 1:
-D: Restore
-G: Backup
Thanks in advance.
