My friend is looking for a computer in the price of 500-700 to beat his Xbox One. I wasn't sure if you could do that for that low of a budget. I made a possible option (LINK: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2TQgp ) Thanks for any help! (Prefer not to have Seagate HDD)

Use the stock fan and a source 210 elite case, switch to w7 hp 64-bit and add a 2TB hdd

For argument sake over console vs pc, I'd go with the 2tb drive, especially since it can't be more than $15 more than a 1tb drive.

Yeah, but I think if he is planning to overclock in the future-something he would probably like to do with that chip- and he can afford upgrading his budget a bit it will be worth it. The Asrock board is much cheaper of course and I think it is a good overclocker as well.
