Why does album go blank after capturing

Are you capturing video? I only ask since I am not familiar with Studio 8. Is this the Pinnacle Studio 8 video editing software? If yes, what is the source that you are capturing (video camera, etc.)? Is this a recent problem? If yes what, if anything, has changed since you last captured video?
