Looks good, for that budget, there is not much else you can fudge on. if you manage to get an extra 130.00 try and spring for a Crucial 240Gb ssd

Installing your os/programs/games, will make a world of difference with boot times, save/load times, and day to day operation

but if that's out of your budget range i understand. (if it were me, i would just wait a little bit till i could get one, Its worth it in the long run)
If you cant do the ssd, then perhaps think about getting a better cpu cooler, this one is cheap and has terrific performance over the stock cooler
