Hello everyone! I have been having problem after problem with Dirt 3, Dirt 2, Grid 2 Demo and Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box. The game freezes the second after I load it. I have already tried updating video card drivers, reinstalling GFWL several times e.t.c. I copied dirt3_game.exe 14000kb (approximately) to the desktop and have set it to run in compatibility mode with windows 7 and run as administrator. I clicked run as administrator and I get the error "The program can't start because binkw32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". I have reinstalled Dirt 3 probably 4 times and no change. My system spec is below if it helps:

(Custom Built)

Intel i5-3350P (Not OC)
Nvidia GTX660 2GB MSI
8GB RAM
Windows 8.1 64 bit OEM

I would really appreciate the help as I have been working tirelessly to fix the problem for days if not weeks to fix it. Thanks.

1) run MEMTEST to verify your System RAM works properly (one full pass) www.memtest.org

2) Are any of these games on STEAM?
If so, you can "verify integrity of the game cache" for each game.

3) Did these games work BEFORE?

*Considering the NUMBER of games, I'm concerned something may be corrupted and/or there's software that hasn't been installed so we need to know a little HISTORY leading up to the problem starting.

I will run memtest thing and yes, dirt 3 is on steam. The game has worked on my laptop, also running 8.1. The first time I tried dirt 3 it did not work and the pc froze. Dirt 2 worked once and ran fine. Now does the same as 3. It was one of the first programs I installed.

Here's the real download link http://www.dlldll.com/getdll/647.html
Its in zip file, extract it and place binkw32.dl somewhere in C drive

You need to register the DLL. Go to the Windows Start menu, select Run..., and enter:regsvr32 /i C:\where\ever\you\put\binkw32.dll
Obviously change C:\where\every\you\put\binkw32.dll tothe actual path of your binkw32.dll file :)

This DLL is a component of the BINK video codecused to play compressed movies within applications such as games.
