Paranoid about PC unplugged 6 months ago.

So it has been about 6 months since I built my PC and im the paranoid kind of guy when it comes to this stuff even if I know its okay, reason being is that I cant replace this 500 dollar PC since I am still a kid and cant work. Anyways when I first built my PC the first 3 days or so I unplugged the PC alot due to it not working, as I said its been 6 months and nothing bad has happend to it yet, theres been maybe two crashes but thats it. For some teason I still worry about this, will my PC be fine?

And in the 6 months since, it has crashed twice?

Yes, you are being a bit paranoid. Your PC is fine.
You've done far better than a lot of other first time builders!

I have done other things like screws fell in mother board when installing gpu. So am I fine?

as long as you found them, and nothing is shorting out....you are fine.
