What is the best CPU cooler for the intel i7 4770k?

I have an intel i7 4770k and I want to pay at most $60. What is the best?

$60 isn't quite enough for a Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow, so I suggest you just get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (as long as your case has room for it).

Thermaltake liquid 3.0 extreme at 80-90

The nh-d14 is "best", but it strains the motherboard by its weight. The top closed loop liquid coolers almost match the performance and are secured to the case and won't break your motherboard during a truck ride if you move.

i got an H90 for just a little more than that. very good temps on an overclocked 4670K. and no gigantic heatsink.

I am a huge fan for Thermalright coolers. Mainly because you can buy mounting kits for the old coolers and use them on newer sockets. I've run my Thermalright Ultra120 eXtreme for YEARS. It was a 1366 mount but just bought the $15 kit and it works for my 4770K. Here is one on Amazon for a good price and would work better than a CM 212 Evo.
