How can I keep my GPU clocks maxed permanently AMD HD 7770It's kind of hard to explain but my GPU clock is at 300MHZ \ 150

When I play games that require more graphics or in use (HARD TO EXPLAIN SRY) it bumps to 1000Mhz my clocked settings, I want it to be permanent

No, no you really dont. It downclocks itself to significantly reduce power consumption and therefore heat output letting it run the fan much much slower. When you are doing basic windows stuff it flips to 2D mode because it doesn't need the extra clock speed as it isn't doing much work, and as soon as it needs the extra power it kicks the clocks up to 3D mode speeds to give you full performance in games.

If you really really want to turn this off(its silly, just like the people who want to turn of CnQ), you will need to disable all the power saving settings for it in CCC and force it to those clocks using the GPU Overdrive tab.

Hi, I know what you're saying but the thing is:

Games like league of legends don't detect as "high" or w.e the term is so it stays as regular clock which is annoying because I want to get the max performance as possible
