how to update the bios of the mobo ga h61-s1 r2.1? and the mobo support the i5 3570 non k with the latest bios?

i donwload the latest version of the bios but when i try o execute the autoexec.bat a new window is open and it says that it can't be initialized because of an incompatibility with x64 version. and the efiflash.exe says that the version of the windows is not compatible, what should i do? i'm not going back to windows 7.i recently updated the bios of the mobo to the latest version ''F9 2/15/2014'' at 23:47 and now i want to know if the new version of the bios allows me to use the i5 3570k on it thanks to everyone who help me :D
