Skype is working but not my internet browser

It was working earlier but when I got home from work after a few hours, it wasnt. Skype is working which means I have internet access but not on my browser. Google chrome and Firefox have no access. Even when I connect my phone to my wifi, it is connected but no access as well. What is happening?

hmmm.. younds like there could be an issue with port 80 (http) or dns, has anyone in your household been changing settings on your router?

try the folowing:

put https://www.amazon.com in your browser, if this works its an issue with port 80,
try http://176.32.98.166 in your browser, if that works then its a DNS issue.

Try rebooting your router,
try factory resetting your router.

I uninstalled Norton and this solved the problem (couldn't access settings in Norton to change)
