Can i put GDDR5 or 3 ram and have ddr3 memory

I have a toshiba laptop with a radeon 6320m and it doesnt do the best when it comes to gaming.

Here are my ram specs:

Will the GDDR5 ram improve my gaming performance?

So you're definitely misunderstanding.

GDDR comes on the graphics card; DDR3 connects to the motherboard. You can't add GDDR to an existing system, but you can add DDR3.

In your case, you might want to add DDR3 RAM, but it will only improve the performance a small amount.

And before you ask, NO, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, if you want to upgrade the graphics card.

I mean by putting GDDR5 or GDDR3 in a the ram slots. I have a available ram slot in my laptop and looked around and saw some people able to put GDDR5 and DDR3 together.
