Also, I'll take any suggestions or recommendations on other better parts for my computer. My budget is around $1600. Would I be able to run HD games with this computer?

This should be able to max out just about every game that is currently available and any game that comes out this year.

These are my recommendations:
change your 250Gb hdd with a 1 or 2tb
go for a gtx 780 instead of the gtx 760
change your 750w powersupply with a good quality 600w
change you 16Gb ram kit with a 8Gb ram kit
change your i7 4770k with an i5 4670k
and at last change you 840 pro ssd to an 840 evo 250Gb
