Is this good and compatible?

I want to build good pc for media and little gaming not gonna overclock.
Just the strong one for my work and little fun :) 

Heres my components:
CPU:intel i5-4570
Mobo:asus b85m-g
Ram:gskill ripjawsx 4gbx2
GPU:evga gtx650 ti boost 2gb
Case:aerocool strike x advanced white
HDD:asus 24b3st black 24x sata
PS:seasonic s12ll-520w 80+ bronze
Os:windows 7 64bit

Is this build good?
My budget is kinda low TT 800$
Any advice?
Can i upgrade with this build?

You might want a higher-wattage psu for future upgrades, I suggest you look at XFX - their psus are high quality because they're manufactured by Seasonic, but they're often less expensive than Seasonic-branded psus at the same wattage.

Your listing of HDD seems more like an optical drive. Please re-check that.

The HDD listing is an Optical Drive. ASUS doesn't manufacture hard drives.

Yaa sorry for the mistake :)  thats optical drive :)  i already have a hdd hehe and for the psu i can upgrade if for seasonic 620w is that better? And by i heard seasonic is a good psu is that true? How about the other components is that ok? And the mobo is this compatible with other component becouse as i see my other components is higher than the mobo is this ok?

You have a good selection of parts other than that. Thank the lord you didn't choose a K processor when you're not gonna overclock, I have no idea why in the heavens people choose K processors without the intention of overclocking. Same goes for getting high end motherboards, other than quality, half of the features that come with them, you're not gonna use.

Ya i been searching a lot thats why i know the purpose of k series but about the mobo and the compatibility i dont have a clue :)  tnx to all of u guys just tell me moree details if you want much help :)
