I was told by my little brother that his pc was running slow, especially on games(mostly LoL, L4D2, Prototype, etc.)
Games would usually run on 50-60fps before. But now most games run on 20-30fps, and games are really laggy.
I can't seem to open AMD VISION engine control center.

I tried looking at the task manager if there's something eating too much.
I looked into the device manager and saw this:

What's the other one for? I tried disabling it and everything runs smooth right now. From just highlighting in the desktop to max settings on games, everything runs without lag.
I'm gonna be away again, so I just told him to disable that AMD Radeon HD 6410D in the device manager. I don't know what caused the problem though.
UPDATE:I just noticed that I can now open the control center
