I see no problems.

Looks like a very solid build.

Just bear in mind that 1tb storage capacity (excluding the SSD which I assume is for OS and/or applications) can fill up quickly so if budget allows I would either compensate with others or external ones or choose a larger HDD.

The PSU is actually not overkill. If down the road you want to go sli, no need to upgrade with some good head room. Yeah, it may be more than you need even with sli but better that than meeting bare minimum. If you have no plans of going sli ever then yes it is complete overkill. Outside of that I see a lot of logic behind everyone's points added but you've selected some pretty great parts. Maybe your future plans will help us respond more in tune with your vision for your rig?
