Turning on from hibernate stuck on windows logo

So my build is roughly 1 month old I dont understand why its not working. It worked for the first bit of the month but its not working anymore. Also could i get some check up on my specs compatibility?

CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: ASUS R9 270X
RAM: G.SKULL 8 GB 1600
HD: SEAGATE HD 1 TB
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
PSU: COOLER MASTER GX 650W BRONZE
CASE: COOLER MASTER K280

Does it do this all the time very very very occasionally mine will do this BUT normally after its been woken up from sleep 3-4 times in a row ....why not just turn of sleep mode
