I really can't afford one, and besides, I did get a pretty good PCI graphics card: http://www.zotacusa.com/geforce-gt-610-pci-zt-60604-10l.html

My previous graphics card was an AGP ATI radeon 9550 (256MB), and It worked quite well in that slot. Do you think AGP is faster than PCI?

AGP is faster. But the card speed is going to matter much more.

The GT610 is JUNK, you will not be able to play modern games with it.

How well do you think I can play GTA 4 with the GT610 and a P4 CPU?

What Graphics card would you recommend for either AGP or PCI??? I want to run GTA 4 at minimum settings and achieve at least 25 fps. Thanks!:)

Note that I said to get a new mobo.

As Novuake said, you won't be able to do much on a PCI/AGP card. Even decent integrated graphics would trash it.

Oh, okay.
How much would a better MOBO cost, then? I'm looking for at least 4GB RAM support.

I've got a Packard Bell MC 1808, and it is pretty old, so I can see where this is going. But I really can't afford a new PC. I looked into upgrading, and found out that it was cheaper, but, from what you're implying, I really can't do that much. Thanks!

Yup. New CPU, MB, and RAM.

Given you're in the UK, this is about what I'd go for:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£55.84 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: MSI A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard (£33.35 @ Aria PC)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£29.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card (£57.99 @ Ebuyer)
Total: £177.17
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Anything less than that would be pretty hopeless. What is the absolute max you could spend, if it got you practically a new PC?

What's your current PSU and HDD?

My full PC specs:

Motherboard: asus p5s800-vm/s

CPU Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.4ghz

RAM: 2GB DDR2

Hard Drive capacity: 30GB (C:\) - 8GB free - and about 150GB (D:\) - 50GB free

Graphics Card: ZOTAC GeForce GT 610 PCI [ZT-60604-10L]

PC: Packard Bell iMedia MC 1808

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows xp sp3

So, that would be cheaper than buying a new PC. Thanks, I'll think about investing in it.

Dell NPS-250KB D

I've also got a FSP GROUP INC. FSP250-60PNA

My hard drive is a Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250GB

Looks like the 7200.8 series was done in both SATA and PATA forms. Which of these does it look like?

The FSP might be OK, but I'd consider a new one. Sorry if this is starting to sound like a replace-everything spree.

It's okay, I just wanted advice. I'll probably save up for a PS3 if I have to change almost everything on my PC, but I'm not a mad gamer! Thanks for the help!:)
