Looking at nr 1 you can use an atx motherboard and would i go for nr 2 but with a different motherboard since newegg has a combo deal,

i think that this motherboard has better audio.It has chipset limitations too,for instance not more than 4 sata ports=2xsata 2 and 2x sata 3.It also supports more fans,it has three fan headers besides the cpu fan..

Beware that both these motherboards have only two ram slots so get at least 8gb's of ram=2x4.
