Corsair GS series is better than CX series. But I'd recommend getting this one for a few dollars extra. Its from the most dependable brand in the market.

I don't know where did you get that information but as far as I know, 212 evo is a very basic cooler. Not at all recommended for serious OC. Some low level OC can be possible with that but still its not recommended.

Very decent build for 1080p gaming and even for OCing.

But I'd like to mention a few things though:

Corsair CX series is an entry level PSU, You better get a better one from either Seasonic or Corsair HX or TX series.

Coolermaster hyper 212 evo is not a good cooler if you plan to overclock. Either get a Noctua NH-D14 air cooler or Corsair H100i Liquid cooler if you are serious about OCing.

And what about the 1866mhz versión of the ripjawsX? If the price difference is little, I recommend them, you can easily overclock them to 2000mhz, which is really fast and also sounds great.
