The Pentinum has a higher Power Max TDP of 65 watts vs the Celerons 31 watts. the Celeron is a single Core CPU vs the Pentinum's dual core processor. The Pentinum has a higher FSP, 800MHz vs the Celeron's 533MHz. The speed in GHz isn't always the only factor. So that all comes down to a crushing of the Celeron.
