Bug Check 0x124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
this is your CPU telling windows that it detected a internal error in the CPU.

Most often the CPU has detected a error in one of its internal cache memory banks
(easy to confirm with the memory.dmp file and a debugger, load crash dump in to debugger type
!errrec FFFFFA8007C54028 hit enter and it will dump the error that the CPU reported. I can do this for you if you want, takes only a few seconds)

the most often cause of this problem is incorrect voltage to your CPU (vcore voltage)
It can also happen (depending on your CPU if your voltage setting to your VCCPLL is too high or out of spec)
that voltage is used to synchronize the speed between two buses inside the CPU, to allow data to be transfered inside the cpu to the cache memory
as the CPU speed is increased or slowed down.

best bet for a fix:
disable all overclocking, remove overclocking drivers.
update your BIOS to get new default settings for your CPU.
or manually confirm your voltage settings for your CPU (Vcore and VccPLL voltage for phased locked loop)
