I could edit my Sticky Post if anyone has any suggestions but, as has been noted, this wasn't its original purpose. The login name is usually simply admin or something equally generic. However, for someone to know the password and not the login name is quite extraordinary

Advising someone to do a factory reset on a router is inviting trouble because some ISPs embed login specific details to make the handshake with their servers before allowing the user to go anywhere else on the Net.

Find the manual, either the one provided or on the manufactures web site. In there you will find the default user name. Give that a try.

If the password was changed at some point, another option is to do a full factory reset. This is typically accomplished by sticking a paper clip into a small opening. All settings will be changed back to a like new conditions so the router user name ans password will be the same as in the manual but it will need to be setup again.

It is addressed, but certainly not detailed, as a brief instruction in a post with the headline of "How to find or change your wireless security key." So the topic is not the problem the OP has (logging into his router) and the instructions may not stand out to the sometimes highly unacknowledged and rudimentary English speakers that often ask question here.
