Well it seems to have a PCI-E x16 port. You can install any current graphic card based on your requirement (The titles you are playing,on what resolution and details and things like that).
You must keep in mind the power requirements of the GPU you are installing since most OEM manufactures build them up with a mediocre PSU.
Also if you have anything less than a dual core processor it will be a serious bottleneck for any current gen GPU.

Mentioning you config a little more will help for further clarification.

Wait till The R7 265 is released which will be late February or early march. Best card for your money without any doubt. I would just make sure my power supply can handle it though.

Well go for R7 260X (around 150$) if you have a good PSU (the one with 6 pin power connector for GPU,using the molex splitter might work too but your PSU must be healthy enough).

The are the specs of your Power Supply Unit?

Yes SSD is just like a HDD (just smaller in size and faster) and plugged in using SATA interface. But it will need a 3.5 inch bay to 2.5 inch bay enclosure so that tiny HDD can be fitted inside your old case. (Newer cases come with built in spaces for SSD's).
