So I am getting tearing when scrolling with two different monitors running on different resolutions and refresh rates. The benq monitor runs at 1920x1080p and the samsung at 1680x1050. By changing the refresh rate to match the screen tearing goes away. It does this on both monitors when the resolution and refresh rate are both different. Is this just a windows bug?
I need to add that this happens on web pages and I haven't noticed it on video games.
