ATI 5450 HD radeon

HI..... so i have an ATI radeon 5450 1GB HD card and when i go to msi afterburner i find that the max MHZ is 520!! and on the driver setting it self the max is 900 MHz !! what should i do ?! i want to max it so the games run better

Well overclocking that card won't do anything in games as that is not even a gaming card. You might want to look into investing $100 into a HD 7770 if you want to play modern games on your PC

You could use GPU-Z to detect your current and actual frequency.
I would appreciate if you could mention what MHZ it is??? Memory or GPU core clock??
If it is Gpu Core Clock, then there is no need to worry as the GPUs are designed to reduce core clocks to bring down temps. when 3D application (games,movies....) are not running.
While playing games, the core clock will return to the Max 900 Mhz (being the graphics card kicking in performance mode)
If it is Memory Clock then first try overclocking through Catalyst Control Center.
