firstly my system is

Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO SATA III 6Gbs 2.5 7mm 540MB/s/520MB/s
MSI Z87-G45-Gaming Z87 4DDR3
LGE CH12NS30 Black Blue Ray HD Combo
Intel Core i5 4670K LGA1150 CPU 3.4Ghz 6Mb Cache Haswell

Ive run multiple sweeps for malware etc with avg, malware bytes and two others plus different spyware programs etc but still to no avail my computer keeps locking up and using so much ram most times around 95% and yet i cant find any programs actually using the most they use is 3 programs using 200mbs each and thats it im stump at what is causing me to use so much ram.
