How to format/ uninstal Windows 8.1 in HDD?

My friend installed 2 Windows 8.1 in my PC.
1 in SSD and 1 in HDD.

I always use the SSD one and would like to delete/ uninstall the on in HDD.
I hate it because everytime I put power on the PC I have to choose first before get it, its pretty annoying.

Do I need any recovery disc? Or I can just uninstall it easily?

boot from ssd, and simply right click your hdd in my computer (this pc in win 8.1) and format...nothing to worry abt....take a backup of imp files from your hdd

Do I need any disc or anything else? Or I just simply format it and it will be uninstalled?
