Hi got a wee problem I'm using an Asus HD 7850 with HDMI this also is for sound to my TV my problem is on cod ghosts I don't get sound on the loading screens I get sound in game perfectly fine has anyone any ideas the rest of the system is cooler master haf xb,as rock z87 extreme4 motherboard,i5 4670k,8gb g-skill 2133 if that helps and all drivers are up to date I tried disabling onboard audio but that just gave me an d6 error which I believe is related to the graphics card so any and all help welcome

If it's just the one game and all else is well, I'd ignore it-HL2 has a sound glitch when loading the pistol that has followed every system I've had since the game was released for example.
Otherwise it's the Usual Suspects: Set a Restore Point then check the game is fully patched and updated, try different sound settings in the game, update the sound/video drivers and uninstall the onboard drivers.
EDIT: I suggested using headphones as a cure, something which worked for me in Bioshock, what I forgot was that they should be plugged into the MICROPHONE jack on the motherboard while the sound output is from the dedicated AMD/soundcard stream...Sorry mate, too much fun this morning.

Yes its just that game and thanks for the reply will try headphones as any sounds is better than no sounds lol just tried headphones in and still no audio on the loading screen so still can't hear the story any other ideas please driving me nuts to find the problem
