Mobility Radeon HD 8570M vs HD4600

So I'm buying a new laptop with a i5-4200M, and I have exactly same two models, one with a ATI SUNPRO 8570 and one without.
They're asking INR 4k more for the graphics.

I have a desktop with a GTX650 that I'll be using for another year. The laptop is going to be used for college work.

Should I get it? The laptop is 35.5k without the card.

well if you do a lot of video editing and conversion you can use intel quick sync tech in newer Intel processors which is as fast as discrete GPUs for these purpose. You will just need a discrete GPU if you are into gaming.

well even if you buy the one with the graphic card it wont help much in gaming because 8570 M is just a entry level GPU. So must avoid it if you are not a gamer. But if you game casually go for some other laptop with better graphics.

Are there any other consideratons like GPGPU computing and video conversion/editing which will be beneficial with a separate GPU over the integrated HD4600 graphics of the i5?
